Adventures & Jeep Tours in Georgia

OUR SERVICES

Adventures & Jeep Tours in Georgia

The nature of our country is stunningly beautiful. We offer trips and treks to national reserves, eco-hotels, and remote corners of Georgia where mass tourists don't reach. Business people especially appreciate authenticity, connection with nature, quality cuisine and wines.

A column of 4x4s on a dirt road under Mount Kazbek, lunch by a mountain river, then a sauna and dinner at a lodge with nobody else around.

A column of 4x4s on a dirt road under Mount Kazbek, lunch by a mountain river, then a sauna and dinner at a lodge with nobody else around. Adventure programs are the fastest way to turn colleagues into a team: at altitude, job titles stop working within about an hour. We run jeep tours, treks and combined expeditions for corporate groups — with proper insurance, thought-through logistics and a plan B for any weather.

A corporate jeep expedition with Meetsy Georgia starts at $160 per person per day for groups of 8+: 4x4s with drivers, a guide, meals on the route and insurance. A one-day Kazbegi trip starts at $95 per person. Multi-day expeditions with lodge stays start at $320 per person for 2 days. Want something calmer — see corporate tours with Kakheti wine country; need a city event — that's corporate events.

How an expedition runs

We match the route to the group's fitness: there are «look» programs and «hike» programs.

A week before the start — a briefing: what to pack, the weather, how to dress.

On the route the group travels with two leads: a guide in front, a sweep behind.

Afterwards — photos and video from the route for the whole team.

Honest note about mountains:

weather is the main participant here. Above 2,000 meters, fog or rain can close a pass, so every program has a reserve day or an alternative route — we tell you this at the start, not after the fact.

Frequently asked

Do we need to be fit?

Not for jeep tours: you're in the car for 90% of the route, hiking legs are optional. For treks we tune difficulty to the group — from walking trails to passes.

Is it safe for employees?

Yes: licensed guides, active-leisure insurance for every participant, satellite communication on remote legs and a first-aid kit in every car. Fifteen years, zero serious incidents.

When is the season for Kazbegi and Svaneti?

June–September opens every route. Ushguli is cut off in winter, but Gudauri from December to March is a ready-made ski offsite.

How much is a tour for a team of 10?

A one-day Kazbegi trip starts at $950 for the group. A two-day expedition — from $3,200. The exact quote depends on route and season.

What if someone doesn't want the adrenaline part?

Every program has a soft track: while part of the group walks to the glacier, the rest go to hot springs or a tasting. Everyone meets at one table in the evening.

Can we mix mountains with a business agenda?

Yes — a strategy session in a lodge facing Kazbek is our signature format. Projector, flipchart and silence included.
