What meetsygeorgia.ge collects, on what basis, who else sees it — including your participant list — and how to make us delete it.
Who processes your data
LLC Meetsy Georgia, identification number 400429531, registered at Pshavi Street N34, floor 2, apartment N4, Chugureti district, Tbilisi, Georgia, operates meetsygeorgia.ge and decides how the data described here is used.

What we collect
From an enquiry: your name, company, email and phone, the type of event, the number of participants, the dates, and whatever you type into the message. The same applies when you write to us on WhatsApp or Telegram.
While we plan the project: the programme and the budget, and the participant list you share with us — names, and where a hotel, a carrier or an insurer requires them, passport or ID details. Dietary restrictions and allergies are health data; we ask for them only because a caterer needs them, and they go no further than the caterer.
From the site itself: pages viewed, referring source, approximate location by IP, device and browser.
Why, and on what basis
To answer your enquiry and perform the contract — without this data there is no programme, no booking and no event.
To meet legal obligations: tax and accounting records, and registration of guests where Georgian law or a hotel requires it.
For our legitimate interest in a site that works and advertising we can measure — this is what the analytics below are for.
Who else sees it
The suppliers your project needs — hotels, venues, carriers, guides, caterers, insurers, photographers — each receiving only what their part requires. A hotel gets names and passport details; a caterer gets the dietary notes; a photographer gets neither.
Georgian state bodies, where the law requires it.
An enquiry from the site is stored in the site's own database and reaches us as a Telegram notification, which means your name, contact and message pass through Telegram's servers under its own terms. The same applies to WhatsApp conversations.
Our hosting provider, which stores the site and its database. Google and Yandex, for the analytics described above.
We do not sell personal data and we do not pass it to anyone for their own marketing.
Photography and film
Events and tours are photographed and filmed, and those images may appear in our portfolio, on social media and in press coverage — unless you told us otherwise before the event.
You can restrict this at any point, including after the fact: write to Hello@meetsygeorgia.ge and we take the material down and stop using it. Participants can ask for the same on their own behalf.
Where it is stored
The site and its database run on Hetzner servers in Finland (European Union). Google, Yandex and Telegram process data on their own infrastructure, outside Georgia, under their own terms.
How long we keep it
Enquiries and correspondence: while we are arranging the project and afterwards for as long as a question or a claim can still arise from it.
Participant lists, passport details and dietary notes: until the programme has taken place and the accounts with suppliers are settled, after which they are deleted.
Contracts and payment records: for the retention period Georgian tax and accounting law requires.
Analytics data: for the retention window set in Google and Yandex, which is up to 24 months for the counters we run.
Your rights
You can ask us what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. You can also object to analytics processing and withdraw a consent you gave.
Write to Hello@meetsygeorgia.ge. We answer within ten business days. We only refuse where the law tells us to keep a document inside its retention period, and we say plainly when that is the case.
You also have the right to complain to the Personal Data Protection Service of Georgia.
Participants and children
We usually receive participant data from the organiser — the company or the person booking — not from the participants themselves. Please tell your participants that their details are passed to the agency and its suppliers for the programme; under Georgian data protection law that responsibility is yours as well as ours.
The site is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect their data through it. Where children take part in a programme, the only data we handle is what you give us for accommodation, transport and catering.
Changes
We may update this policy; the date at the top shows the version in force. Material changes to what we collect or who we share it with will be reflected here before they take effect.
