How we work

We fix the budget in a contract and book the venue and vendors.
On event day the Meetsy team runs the site from load-in to teardown.

A note on timing, honestly:
in peak season the best Tbilisi venues book out 2–3 months ahead. We can build an event in three weeks, but the venue shortlist will be noticeably shorter.

How much does a corporate event in Tbilisi for 50 people cost?
A dinner with a program starts at $4,250 (from $85 per guest). A one-day conference with coffee breaks starts at $2,750. The exact figure depends on venue and program; you get the budget 3–5 days after the brief.
Do you work with companies based outside Georgia?
Yes — most of our clients are companies from Europe, the Middle East and the CIS. Contracts and invoicing to a foreign legal entity are standard for us; documents come in two languages.
Can the event happen outside Tbilisi?
Yes. Kakheti wineries, Kazbegi mountains, Batumi seaside, Borjomi — we bring catering, production and crew anywhere in the country.
How far in advance should we book?
Comfortably — 2–3 months; for 200+ guests — 4–6. In low season (November–March) an event can realistically come together in 3–4 weeks.
What about visas and flights for guests?
Citizens of most countries enter Georgia visa-free for up to a year. Flights are outside our budget, but we book transfers and hotels and meet the group at the airport.
Do you send one budget or options?
