How the itinerary comes together

An honest caveat:
the best small wineries and mountain lodges take 15–25 guests. For groups of 40+ we build the route from larger venues — slightly less intimate, more dependable logistics.

How much is a corporate tour for a team of 15?
The three-day «Tbilisi + Kakheti» program starts at $10,800 for the group (from $720 per person, flights excluded). A quote for your dates takes 3–5 days.
What's the best season?
May–June and September–October: warm, green, and September brings rtveli, the grape harvest. July–August suit mountain routes; winter is for Gudauri and quiet low-season programs.
Do we need visas?
Citizens of most countries enter visa-free for up to 365 days. For passports that do need one, Georgia has an e-visa; we help with invitation paperwork.
Can we combine the tour with a conference?
Yes, it's a common format: one business day in Tbilisi plus two days on the road. Rooms, AV and facilitation are on us.
What about vegetarians or allergies in the group?
We collect preferences with a pre-trip form; Georgian cuisine adapts easily — from lean pkhali to a gluten-free menu.
Which currency, and how do we pay?
Contracts in USD, EUR or GEL, paid by bank transfer from a legal entity. Typically 50% on booking, the balance two weeks before arrival.
