Which season is best?
May–June and September–October: warm and green, with rtveli, the grape harvest, in September. July–August suit mountain routes; winter works for Gudauri and small, crowd-free tours.
Do we need visas?
Citizens of most countries do not — visa-free entry for up to 365 days. Where a visa is required there is an e-visa; we help with invitation paperwork.
Can the tour include a conference?
Yes, and it is a common format: a business day in Tbilisi plus two days on the route. Halls, equipment and facilitation are on us.
What about vegetarians or allergies?
We collect preferences by form before the trip; Georgian cuisine adapts easily — from vegan pkhali to gluten-free menus.
Which currency, and how do we pay?
