We price from the estimate: venue, banquet and programme at contractors' real prices, plus a fixed 10% Meetsy fee. The exact figure depends on venue and format; the quote arrives 3–5 days after the brief.
Do you run conferences and team building separately?
Yes — and together. Conferences, forums, team building, gala dinners and anniversaries sit in one service because they share the venue, the tech and the coordination. You can take the conference alone, the team building alone, or a three-day programme with business sessions in the morning, an excursion in the afternoon and a supra in the evening.
What halls are available in Tbilisi, and do you provide simultaneous interpreting?
From small meeting rooms to 1,200-seat halls in international hotel conference centres — we shortlist two or three options for your format and budget, with a site visit online or in person. Interpreting: booths, equipment and interpreters, en–ru–ka always, other languages with 3–4 weeks' notice. Hybrid works too: multi-camera capture, streaming to your platform, recordings to speakers within a week.
What group size suits team building, and what if it rains?
15 to 60 people run as one stream; 60–300 as parallel tracks with rotation. Under 15 we build a dinner-with-a-masterclass format instead. Every outdoor programme has an indoor double: cooking and wine formats move under a roof without losing the script. Hosts work in Russian and English.
Do you work with companies based outside Georgia?
Yes — most of our clients are companies from Europe, the Middle East and the CIS. Contracts and payment can go through a legal entity outside Georgia, with paperwork in two languages.
Can the event be held outside Tbilisi?
Yes. Kakheti for wineries, Kazbegi for mountains, Batumi for the sea, Borjomi — we bring catering, equipment and crew anywhere in the country.
How far ahead should we book?
Comfortably 2–3 months; for events of 200+ guests, 4–6. In low season (November–March) three to four weeks is realistic.
What about visas and flights for guests?
Citizens of most countries get visa-free entry for up to a year. Flights are not in the quote, but we book transfers and hotels and meet the group at the airport.
Do you give one quote or options?
Always two or three budget scenarios — base, optimal and extended — with a clear picture of what the extra money buys.
