Tbilisi (TBS). The country's main hub, inside the city limits: 20–30 minutes from the gate to a downtown hotel. This is where conferences, forums and leadership retreats land — the 5* hotels and the best venues are here.
Kutaisi (KUT). The European low-cost hub (Wizz Air and others) — often the cheapest way to fly a team in from Europe. It's the natural starting point for active programs in Western Georgia: the Okatse and Martvili canyons, Prometheus Cave, Svaneti. About 3 hours to Tbilisi, 2 to Batumi.
Batumi (BUS). The gateway to the Black Sea coast, with flights peaking in summer and early autumn. Best for summer retreats, seaside workshops and bleisure programs.
An honest word about Turkey and Dubai
An all-inclusive resort solves “house and feed everyone”, but by day three the participants remember only the pool and the buffet.
