Do we need visas for a business trip to Georgia?

Citizens of more than 90 countries — including the EU, UK, US, UAE, and most CIS states — enter Georgia visa-free with just a passport, for stays of up to one year. If some of your delegates do need a visa, we prepare invitation letters and assist with the online e-Visa application. Flights to Tbilisi take 1–4 hours from most cities in Europe, the CIS, and the Middle East.

Anything from intimate leadership retreats of 10–15 people to conferences with 500+ attendees. The sweet spot for Georgia is 30–150 guests — that is where off-site venues, wineries, and mountain locations shine. For larger groups we run parallel program tracks and split the logistics into several streams.

How far in advance should we start planning?

Accepted Answer

For a team building or off-site event of 30–80 people, 6–8 weeks is enough. Conferences with 200+ attendees are best planned 4–6 months ahead so we can secure the right hotels and venues at the best rates. Peak season is May–June and September–October, so book those dates early. We also take urgent requests — the shortest lead time we have successfully delivered on is 10 days.

How is pricing structured and how do payments work?

Accepted Answer

We work with a transparent line-item budget: you see the cost of every element — venues, transfers, catering, production, staff — with our agency fee shown as a separate line. Once the concept is approved, the budget is fixed in the contract. The standard payment schedule is a 30% deposit with the balance due before the event. We invoice legal entities by bank transfer, including in USD and EUR.

Five-star hotel conference halls in Tbilisi for up to 800–1,000 guests and the ExpoGeorgia exhibition center for up to 3,000; design hotels like Stamba and Rooms for intimate formats; Kakheti wineries for gala dinners; the mountain resorts of Kazbegi and Gudauri for strategy sessions; and Batumi for summer events by the sea. We shortlist 2–3 options for your format and budget and arrange a site visit.

What languages does your team work in?

What happens if the weather disrupts an outdoor program?

Accepted Answer

Every outdoor activity comes with a pre-arranged plan B: an indoor venue, a heated marquee, or an alternative program of the same caliber. We monitor the forecast for a week before the event and make the call together with you 24–48 hours in advance. Switching to the backup scenario does not increase the budget — the contingency is built into the estimate from the start.
